Built for Confederate veteran colonel E. E. Stickley, this house is Woodstock's most faithful interpretation of Italianate. It is a large two-story, hipped-roof, brick house with a bracketed cornice, tall narrow four-over-four sash windows, and large interior chimneys. The front entrance is flanked by narrow sidelights and is topped by a transom divided by scroll brackets. Accenting the facade is a three-bay porch on square posts with paired brackets.
