Although a different architecture firm designed this large stripped-classical structure, the third member of the group, it harmonizes well with Davis's earlier Clark Hall and Wise Library. The sparse use of limestone trim on its otherwise unadorned brick walls is particularly effective on the north facade, where it relates to similar cadences that Clark Hall established across the quad. On the south facade, the building faces downtown Morgantown with a more classical flourish. Here entrance terraces decorated with large stone urns flank a curved pavilion centering the ground floor.
