1930. 490 Wall St.

A generic clapboarded frame dance hall was converted into a Catholic chapel for Rag Town, the working-class district on the east side of Eaton. This tiny church is distinctive for its homemade bell tower and spire, a frame box cutout and cone miniature reminiscent of the spires of churches in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico.
