This contemporary rendition of a Neoclassical treasury is a two-story drum with a dark glass curtain wall fronted by a full-height, glistening white precast concrete arcade. The basement is exposed on the west by a balustraded light well. A central lobby fountain helps diffuse the echo effects of the round plan. Originally a bank, the building now houses the city hall.
