This vaguely Spanish Colonial Revival structure of stuccoed concrete is three stories with a central tower capped by a pyramidal tile roof. The sun deck above the entrance and a flat-roofed third-story setback relieve the overall squareness, as do several hipped tile roofs. Inside, a vaulted ceiling covers the mineral spring, and the walls are decorated with murals depicting local legend and history. The second floor was for the baths, and the third floor had private bedrooms, since converted to apartments.
