Many of Blackstone's most elaborate commercial buildings are in the 100 block of S. Main Street. They range from Italianate—some with richly decorated cast-iron fronts—to Romanesque Revival, Beaux-Arts, and Art Deco. This Romanesque Revival brick former bank has a recessed corner entrance with
prominent stone voussoirs and is flanked by similar arched windows. The combination of materials adds richness to the street.
