Built for Philip Williams Jr., commonwealth attorney for Shenandoah and Warren counties, this two-and-a-half-story brick former house has paired parapet gable-end chimneys. Its most notable feature is the three-bay cast-iron porch topped by a cast-iron deck railing. The building was used as a boardinghouse during the early twentieth century and was known as the Old Virginia Home.
