1959–1981, Mitchell/Giurgola Architects; Thomas W. Sears, landscape architect. 270 S. Bryn Mawr Ave.

The links between Victorian and modern are apparent in the planning for The American College of Life Underwriters campus begun in 1959. In a landscape designed by Sears, on the site of William L. Price's Jesse Nalle house (1898), Mitchell/Giurgola conceived a campus that is not unlike Frank Furness's Williamson School (
DE27) in its separation of various functions into visually distinct and isolated buildings.
