DeLongchamps designed this building and the nearby Minden Butter Manufacturing Company (
NW090) for the Dangbergs. These two structures, with the Minden Flour Milling Company (
NW089) next door, form an agricultural and industrial complex along the old V&T Railroad right-of-way and U.S. 395. The rectangular warehouse testifies to the scale of the Nevada sheep industry at one time. The one-story building's long sides parallel the highway. As the road has been widened, the pavement has crept up to the concrete basement of the building. The gable roof ends in parapet walls flanked by square piers. Three rectangular vents in each peak seem almost decorative compared with the utilitarian simplicity of the structure. The building has been altered over the years; in 1997 the owners added a row of dormers along the street facade.
