Set behind the warehouse and mill and located adjacent to the old railroad tracks, this one-story building provided storage and served as a clearinghouse for dairy products made in the Carson Valley. Its broad, asymmetrical facade has a main section that rises to a high parapet hiding a gable roof behind it. The brick is laid in decorative patterns on this wall around a cast concrete sign reading “Minden Butter Mfg. Co.” Similar signs on slightly projecting bays flanking the central mass identify other parts of the structure: “Office” and “Storage.” A one-story section at the west end of the building has a cast concrete sign reading “Eggs and Poultry.” From 1970 until the late 1990s, the building, along with the old wool warehouse, provided office space for Bendy Nevada, an electronics firm based in Minden.
