1903, Joseph A. Woodbury, builder. 1403 10th Ave. (southwest corner of 14th St.) (NR)

Jeweler I. O. Glazier commissioned this two-story frame Queen Anne Style house with two-story bays projecting on three sides, multiple gables, and a hexagonal tower above a corner of the front porch. The porch roof is supported by Tuscan columns, and the gable ends are faced with decorative shingles. Now housing the Hospice of Weld County, it retains its original cedar lap siding, oak wood-work, and stained glass in the west wall of the dining room.
