1899. 100–114 E. Colorado Ave.

Lucien L. Nunn, whose utility company supplied electricity to local mines and mills, and A. M. Wrench erected this unusually large one-story red brick building with five storefronts under a decorative metal cornice. Several store interiors retain original architectural details, including pressed metal ceilings and walls. Nunn's house, at the northwest corner of Aspen Street and Columbia Avenue, also survives.
