Remains of Jeannette's once thriving late-nineteenth- and early-twentieth-century glass industry include approximately one hundred brick company houses, the only brick company housing in Westmoreland County. Erected on adjoining streets between Bullit and Cassatt avenues, these flat-roofed duplexes and row houses have decorative brick parapets and brick corbeling at the cornice.
