Pine Street Lutheran Church illustrates the waning of the Greek Revival style. Instead of a portico, the facade has four Doric brick pilasters while the gable front serves as a pediment. A multistory cupola, though, gives the church an aspect often associated with early-and mid-nineteenth-century Presbyterian churches.
