This Mission Revival villa with low-pitched tile roofs and rooflets has a square, four-story corner tower and a third-story loggia whose round arches reflect the entry. The sturdy, 14-inch-thick masonry walls are faced with stucco. Inside are original oak wood-work, wrought iron fixtures, red tile floors, fireplace, and swimming pool. Mahlon Thatcher's wife, Luna, a supporter of the YWCA and other women's organizations in Pueblo, provided funding for this building.
