1931, John Gray. 1010 N. Nevada Ave.

Creamy stone sheathes this chapel, which is aligned with Cutler Hall to form the east anchor of the campus axis. This Collegiate Romanesque bulwark is dominated by a square bell tower with a 17,322-pound carillon. The sparse interior, with slate floor and stone walls under an open-beamed ceiling, features stained glass windows by Reynold, Francis and Rohnstock of Boston and ceiling paintings by Robert Wade, also of Boston.
