This two-and-one-half-story Romanesque Revival red brick apartment house is decorated with terracotta foliage. An elegantly curved staircase with an iron railing leads to the horseshoe arch of the entry, with its rough-faced sandstone voussoirs. The L plan creates a courtyard for garden-level entrances and small, wrought iron balconies.
