This Gothic-styled institution is a longtime resident of the central business district whose congregation did not relocate in the twentieth century or demolish its sanctuary and rebuild. The symmetrical facade has a central Gothic-arched entrance flanked by square towers each with crenellated battlements and buttresses. On the interior, eleven of the twenty stained glass windows are over one hundred years old. The pulpit dates to 1869 and the Italian marble altar, along with much of the furniture in the apse, dates from 1900.
