c. 1915. 203 Holbrook St.

This house was built for Thomas Doe, who owned the land that was subdivided in the 1870s to create Holbrook and Ross streets. With its symmetrical facade, hipped roof, large double dormer, and front porch running the width of the house, it is a large and fine example of an American foursquare house.
