Dating from just before the oil boom, this frame house has a plentitude of gables, all bracketed and decorated with sawn Eastlake trim. The porch, with its conical turret, is a c. 1897 embellishment, undoubtedly added by the owners in an attempt to keep up with their prosperous new neighbors.
