At the time of its completion, this three-story building, the premiere structure in Radford's west end, served as headquarters for a speculative real estate development company, provided lodging and display rooms for traveling salesmen, and had commercial spaces on the first story. influenced building has pressed-brick walls, stone sills, bay windows, and a round-arched corner entrance supported on a massive stone pier topped by an ornate terra-cotta cartouche. It is now a commercial and apartment building.
