1844 church; 1954–1955 parish house, Stanhope S. Johnson; 1980–1981 parish house, Fauber Garbee. 1695 Perrowville Rd.

Once a prosperous agricultural area with architecturally varied plantation houses, in recent years housing developments and light manufacturing have come to occupy this section of Perrowville Road. The church is one of several small Greek Revival churches that were built to serve the county's rural congregations. It is a pedimented gable-front brick church with wooden lintels with roundels in their corner blocks above the openings. Although the interior has been modified, the church retains the original box pews. Behind the church is a tree-shaded cemetery with a wide range of grave markers. The modern serpentine brick wall is intended as a reminder that the church was built on the westernmost portion of Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest tract.
