1890s-early 20th century. 100 block of E. Main St.

With its two-story Tuscan portico beneath a parapeted roof, the former First Citizens Bank (1913; 107 E. Main) is a fine representative of early-twentieth-century classicism. Next door at 103 E. Main another, but smaller, former bank (1890s) is a Romanesque Revival

influenced building, with a blind arcade below its pressed-metal bracketed cornice that incorporates a paneled frieze capped by a diminutive pediment.
