This storehouse stands next to the original location of the Western Pacific tracks that ran along Silver Street. The building rests on a raised basement, with doors positioned at the height of a loading dock, now missing from the front of the building. Goods could be loaded onto boxcars waiting on the adjacent tracks. A shed roof projects over the front to protect the dock from rain and snow. The frame building has a gable roof, with both walls and roof covered with tar paper. The painted sign reading “Hay & Grain” is still visible on the front of the building.
