A thirties rustic WPA recreation pavilion is given the image of a suburban house. The rough stone building has low earth-hugging roofs, a deep stone porch, and an oversized chimney. As is usual for recreational park architecture of the 1920s and 1930s, this example is beautifully proportioned and carefully detailed.
