c. 1804. Later remodelings and additions. 2019–2020 demolished. 3500 W. Cary St.

This small two-story brick building with a steep double-pitched slate roof is a remarkable survival, a toll house remaining from the Westham Plank Road. Now it is attached on two sides to modern buildings but still visible from the parking lot between Cary and Ellwood. The building was razed in late 2019–early 2020 during the construction of the Carytown Exchange.
