1903, F.E. Giesecke. 111 S. Main St.

The two-story, red brick Classical Revival building was designed by Giesecke of the Texas A&M faculty. A prominent pediment over four smooth Corinthian columns is nearly as wide as the building itself. The interior has retained its cast-iron columns and stamped-metal ceiling. The second-floor auditorium was used for the annual gatherings of Hood's Texas Brigade Association from 1919 to 1933.
