The original four-story, red brick Spratlen-Anderson Warehouse had paired, double-hung windows in vertical bays with recessed paneled spandrels. A two-story 1910 addition employs paired, round-arched windows separated by roundels, a device Edbrooke also used in the Brown Palace Hotel. Denver developer-preservationist Dana Crawford led the project for conversion to the spacious Edbrooke Lofts in the early 1990s.
