1893. 1900, west wing. 202 Sixth St.

The first house the Davises built on Sixth Street is this one-and-a-half story wood-framed house with a steeply pitched gable roof, three round-arch windows, and patterned shingles in each gable. A one-story porch on the downhill side was enclosed with glass shortly after construction. The west wing, which gives the house an L-plan, was added in about 1900.
