Standing adjacent to fields of high grass, the former Belcher's Tee Pee Courts represent thematic franchise design of the 1940s. The buildings' construction of reinforced concrete enabled them to withstand prolonged abandonment until rehabilitated in 2006 by Barbara and Bryon Woods. Even the motel's iconic sign remains standing.
