Architects Mark Wamble and Dawn Finley spanned the back of a lot enclosed by the concrete sound barrier of U.S. 59 with a crisp, two-story live-and-work house clad in metal siding. The open ground floor (the work and service sector) and the deep setback of the extended front yard make the house seem like a garden pavilion.
