1950–1958. West Ave. between Lady Bird Lake and W. Cesar Chavez St.

The smokestacks of this industrial landmark rise along Lady Bird Lake on a 7.8-acre site named for Walter Seaholm, the city's fourth city manager. It is the centerpiece to a planned new development, a mixed-use area with a hotel, retail, offices, and condominiums.
