This two-story three-bay Federal residence has served as home to several members of the local legal profession. The house is of brick laid in Flemish bond and has pedimented gable ends and a dentil cornice with an acanthus motif. A hint of Greek Revival is evident in the lowered pitch of the gable roof and the bulky brick walls.
