These two small gable-roofed structures with walls laid in random-rubble limestone, at right angles to each other, have been restored. The larger, the bathhouse, contained three bathrooms for which water was heated in boilers. The smaller springhouse, which served as a cold-storage facility for perishable foods, has an arched opening in its rear wall, allowing the passage of water into the stone-lined creek.
