1880, 1982. 208 N. Lee St. (east side of Lee St. between Washington St. and Greenbrier Rd.)

This pleasant brick house perfectly illustrates Lewisburg's architectural conservatism. Italianate–Second Empire details typical of the 1880s are present in segmental-arched windows, porch trim, two-planed facade and dormered mansard roof, but nothing projects too much or calls undue attention to itself. What emerges is a dignified example of its time, but not too much of its time. The house was restored in 1982.
