This one-story Romanesque Revival former bank’s stone facade is narrow and delicately proportioned but teems with tiny details. The facade is framed by engaged columns whose smooth shafts rise from blocky pedestals. Byzantine capitals, acanthus leaves, and grotesques of human heads crown the columns. Reptilian creatures, carved in stone blocks, peer out from beneath a low-pitched gabled parapet, which is embellished by bead molding. The arches surrounding the entrance and window are outlined by moldings and spring from slender columns that are grouped in singles, pairs, and triplets. Surmounting the capitals, carved lions seem poised as if ready to pounce.
