c. 1900; 1995 renovation, Frazier Associates. Halifax St. at Baker St.

Originally a freight and passenger station, this building has been renovated for the local Chamber of Commerce. Sheathed in boards with molded battens, it has the characteristic long, low lines of small frame depots with their heavy, overhanging eaves supported by strong curvilinear brackets. The original tower, from which the station master could watch the tracks, had been removed but was rebuilt in the 1995 renovation.
