c. 1898. 75 Conanicus Ave.

Originally sited farther north in the Shoreby Hill enclave, the club building was moved to its present location in 1911 and enlarged to became the casino, providing a social center for Shoreby Hill residents and their guests. It is now a private residence. The low, shingled building has crossed gambrel and gable roof lines and typical Colonial Revival details, somewhat idiosyncratically rendered, such as the squat Palladian window on the north gable end above a standing oval window squeezed between two projecting bays.
