This two-story brick church symbolizes the prosperity and popularity of the Presbyterians in the early years of Campbell County. The Greek Revival building has two tiers of windows with openings surmounted by lintels with roundels in the corner blocks repeating the smaller roundels in the upper corners of the window frames. The corner stair tower was added in the late nineteenth century, and the pedimented entrance porch flanking it is also an addition.
