Built as a YMCA, this Moderne building overlooking Felts Park (the site of the annual Fiddler's Convention) includes such facilities as a swimming pool, gymnasium, and meeting rooms. The building incorporates a slightly
projecting central pavilion articulated by square panels of header bricks laid in a grid pattern and glass-block windows. Recessed corbeled brick panels outline the tall multi-pane metal windows on the flanking walls. Streamlined forms are confined to a lower front section of curved walls and glass-block window bands that is covered by a canopy.
