This well-executed one-story structure has traces of the Spanish Churrigueresque style in its door and window surrounds. The warmtoned brick walls are vigorously ornamented with terra-cotta tile forming elaborately detailed window surrounds with quoins rising to pointed arches. The small but refined building enhanced the presence of Nevada Bell in the town and underscored the growing importance of the telephone in American life.
