This wooden Greek Revival house has a giant pedimented Doric portico and two colonnaded one-story wings. It was built for Abram W. Pike (1814–1906), a merchant who came from Cincinnati to the Michigan Territory in 1827 and to Grand Rapids in 1844, and for his wife, Elnoa Prior (d. 1853). In 2006 Design Plus acquired the house and rehabilitated it for its offices.
