A horizontally banded second floor projects out over a recessed columned loggia below. The center of the building exhibits a gentle curved bay that is almost Regency in feeling. The loggia and the curved glass-and-masonry wall above create a low pedestrian scale. This well-designed modern structure would be enhanced by the introduction of much more landscaping, especially good-sized trees and evergreen shrubbery.
