c. 1883, attrib. Marsden Keyes. North side of 1st St. (Main St.), between 6th and 7th avenues N.

This Eastlake composition includes an angled bay tower to the side. The walls are articulated with diagonal and crisscross boarding suggesting medieval timbering. The cut-out and routed designs of the entrance porch are typically Eastlake. The house was designed by the Mount Vernon carpenter/builder/architect Marsden Keyes. It is now used as a dormitory by Cornell College.
