This Eastlake composition includes an angled bay tower to the side. The walls are articulated with diagonal and crisscross boarding suggesting medieval timbering. The cut-out and routed designs of the entrance porch are typically Eastlake. The house was designed by the Mount Vernon carpenter/builder/architect Marsden Keyes. It is now used as a dormitory by Cornell College.
