1926, Proudfoot, Rawson and Souers. North side of Grand Concourse, east of 31st St.

In contrast to most of the buildings within the fairgrounds, this structure presents a 1920s version of a small mid-fifteenth century Italian Renaissance building. A three-arched loggia projects toward the street, and to each side are high double-arched windows with metal balconies. Do not miss the pair of wonderful sculptured swans poised on the corners of the roof.
