This single-story building of white painted brick almost seems to be posing as a Beverly Hills mansion. In style it is classical, with slight references to late eighteenth-century French architecture and to the English Regency tradition. A central entrance with classical pediment is balanced on each side by wide bowed English bays. Though small in size, the assertiveness of the bank's classical design, reinforced by its siting on an extensive green lawn, produces a building that dominates the corner.
