A gift from I. T. Mann, this Early English Gothic Revival church is constructed of local blue-stone, laid mostly in uncoursed, quarry-faced blocks. The nave is a simple rectangle with stepped buttresses between bays of the side walls. Buttresses also support the tower that centers the facade and that terminates with small, open arches in the center of each wall. The architect of this engaging and handsomely sited building is unknown. A 1947 Sunday school building respects the style of the original church.
