The two Law Offices (early-19th-century west office; mid-19th-century east office) were located behind the courthouse, but following an extension of the courthouse were moved to its east side. These small one-story gable-roofed frame buildings have exterior-end chimneys and each has a gabled hood sheltering the entrance. Nearer the entrance to the courthouse stands the requisite Confederate monument.
