Situated on a rise above Saddle Creek, this weatherboarded frame church was built to house a congregation established in 1842. The one-story building, with two entrances on its gable-front facade, is three bays deep and features two pairs of six-panel doors, a cornice with gable-end returns, and six-over-six double-hung sash. As is typical of early rural churches, a small cemetery with stone markers adjoins the church.
